Welcome to Cultivating Connection
Thank you for stopping by! No matter what led you to me and my practice, I am SO glad you are here.
Why Cultivating Connection?
These words are deeply meaningful to me individually and together.
Cultivation is the act of nurturing something so that it can grow and thrive.
Connection is a relationship that creates the energy that nourishes us emotionally and physically. Those relationships can be the ones we have with ourselves, other humans, and the world around us.
Cultivating those connections is hard work. It involves digging deep (within ourselves), tilling up old roots (wounds and traumas), cutting away the dead material that is no longer serving us (relationship patterns), adding nutrients (self love and care), planting seeds (healthy beliefs) and nurturing new growth (change). It is a continuous process of tending to ourselves with patience, compassion, and intention.
The connections we have help us to cultivate resilience, build emotional strength, and ultimately discover the depth of our own capacity thrive.
Just as a garden requires time and attention to flourish, so too does our inner world.
My commitment is to show up authentically every day in service to my fellow humans.
