Individual Therapy
In short, individual therapy is a collaborative process where a trained therapist helps the individual explore their inner world and work toward achieving emotional balance and mental health recovery or growth.
I am licensed in both Idaho and Washington, so I am pleased to offer individual therapy in person in McCall, Idaho and telehealth sessions via secure video within the states of Idaho and Washington.

Family Therapy
Unlike individual therapy, which centers on the person’s emotional and psychological well-being, family therapy views problems as arising from the family system itself, and seeks to improve the interactions and dynamics among family members to foster healthier relationships.
All family and couple’s sessions will take place in person.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a structured process where a licensed or experienced social worker (the supervisor) provides guidance, support, and feedback to a less experienced social worker (the supervisee) in their professional practice. The goal of clinical supervision is to enhance the supervisee's clinical skills, ensure ethical and competent practice, and support their professional development, emotional well-being, and personal growth. This process is particularly important for social workers who are providing direct services to clients, as it helps ensure high-quality care and ethical decision-making.
I am currently supervising clinicians within the state of Idaho.
